Coming to the Back Then Bar and Grill stage on Friday August 1, 2025 at 9:00pm

These fella's are the most unexpected of bandmates that have come together in a country, blues, southern rock Molotov cocktail ready to set the music world on fire.  Each member hailing from different genres gives them the edge they need to make something new and incendiary that this world’s music scene is in dire need of.  Their coming together seems like something of fate and it all started with their front-man Robert Hunter.  Robert had been performing by himself for a while playing country covers here and there, but he really wanted a full band and a big sound. He saw that chance when he and the Real Rowdy lead guitarist, TJ Vesce started jamming together.  Shortly after Robert and TJ began, they filled out their rhythm section with drummer Jamuri Cross and bassist Houston Davis.

Once the ranks were filled, they had one practice together and the very next night played their first gig.  After that one gig, they knew they had found their home.  Real Rowdy has had numerous opportunities including performing on a popular radio show, having a single broadcast on the radio and opening for the national act Blackberry Smoke.  With over 40 years of experience between them playing in every genre you can think of, the Real Rowdy boys are a force to be reckoned with.  Real Rowdy is not only a band of like minded musicians looking to make their mark; they are more importantly a band of brothers bound together by their love of music and having a good time!

Open to the Public and not just American Dart League members the Blind Draw competition allows you to be a part of our dart league for a day and enjoy friend competition.

Registration starts at 12:30pm and darts start to throw at 1:00pm

If you are looking to learn the art of country swing dancing, look no further – Back Then Bar andGrill in Cary is the place to be! Join a lesson where you will have the chance to learn from the best and master your dance moves to take out on the town. Hosted by Oak City Country Swing. Charles and his team will have you dancing the night away

Throughout the class, you can expect to receive step-by-step instructions on two-stepping and country swing dancing, learning essential terminology and how to seamlessly lead and follow your partner. By the end of the session, you will feel confident taking your newly bought dance steps out to the vibrant music scene of in the Triangle. And you do not even need to bring a dance partner along to join in on the fun!
